Ordering breakfast for a corporate meeting? Maybe the morning breakfast before or after the wedding. Our Cafe & Catering crew has the ingredients to start you day off right.
Eggs cooked to order, scrambled, casseroles, omelets. Bacon, sausage, ham. Chorizo tacos, with scrambled eggs and black beans, avocado, Go country with corned beef.
Grits, home fried potatoes.
Cafe crew if you're late for Breakfast you know we will make you something. Come on in the door is always open. BUT if you Slept in for breakfast but you don't want to miss your biscuits, with butter or smothered in our own sausage gravy? LETS DO BRUNCH! Bring any of the breakfast items and add. muffins, danish, fruit, carving station for the ham then serve it with a croissant.
French toast, Pancake or waffle social just think of all the toppings and fun you and your guests could have,
Our Cafeteria menu is everchanging. Burgers, fried chicken, salads and such available all week. Most entrees change daily and maybe not repeat for two weeks or two months.
Southwest roasted corn on the cob. Beef and chicken enchiladas, rice.
Italian stuffed pork loin
Our 26' mobile kitchen can be used for your private event, public festivals, storm relief. Anywhere food is needed and any food you can imagine. Ability to cook on site and serve from the vehicle or indoors.
Our Smoker often accompanies the Kitchen. You may be thinking BBQ but it has many more uses than that!
This 16' unit is a service and/or prep area for the other trailers. Also great for holding food for catering when we have a 4 hour window for 1000 people.
